At 44 years now, one thing I know for sure. If you sweat every day, you will keep the pounds away. It doesn't seem that hard, but many Americans are spoiled, and they give the body everything it wants, not necessarily everything it needs.  Yes, it takes discipline to stay consistent, but it's worth the challenge.  Working out 6 days a week is above the normal; however, I want to be able to keep up with all my youth kids, and who can do that when you don't stay on top of your game?  

Did you also know 80% of how you look is in your diet? This principle suggests that while exercise is important for muscle tone and overall health, focusing on mindful eating, calorie balance, and whole foods will yield the most significant results in achieving your physical goal. With that being said, since 2020, I have incorporated a plant-based diet mainly because of a dairy and egg allergy, and I surprisingly perform better without meat.

There is something significant about creating realistic expectations when figuring out your health journey.  Whatever you decide, make sure you stay consistent.  Results aren't overnight, but keep chieseling at it, eventually you will hit the diamond inside that rock.
